If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is stored securely in Apple iCloud under your Apple ID. We (the developer) do not have access to your iCloud contents.

3) How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to provide app functionality, including:

• Creating and saving timelapse projects
• Displaying your images and playback timelines
• Storing your preferences between sessions

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external servers to collect or store your data.

4) Permissions

The app may request the following optional permissions:

• Photos — to allow importing or capturing images for timelapse projects.
• Camera — to let you take photos directly in the app.
• iCloud — to optionally sync your projects between devices using your Apple account.

You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. The app remains functional even if permissions are denied (with some features disabled).

5) Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored locally on your device or in iCloud (if enabled).
• No external servers are used to store or process your photos or timelapse projects.
• You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app or using in-app reset tools.

6) Children’s Privacy

The app is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you are located in the UK or EU, you may:

• Access the personal data stored on your device or iCloud
• Delete your data at any time
• Withdraw permission for camera or photo access

Because we do not maintain external user accounts, these rights can be exercised directly on your device.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be posted in the app and/or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
